Terms & Conditions
1. Luna Papers shall keep customers' personal information until the items are delivered. After you receive the item/s, we will immediately delete all your information in our system.
2. Luna Papers accepts no responsibility or liability for inaccurate or later outdated information and is under no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.
3. After submitting the form, Luna Papers will not authorize the cancellation of the order. We will charge you 70% of the item amount if you insist on a cancellation.
4. No unboxing = No refund. (make sure to shoot a no-cut unboxing video from opening the parcel with a precise angle.)
5. Down payments & Reservation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Note: Production will only start AFTER SETTLING your payment. (prior to recent circumstances wherein a customer did not fullfil their responsibility to settle their payment even though their parcel is READY TO SHIP, Labels by Luna is more careful regarding this matter.)
6. Luna Papers is not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping courier.
7. Luna Papers has the right to refuse service, especially when Luna Papers is currently fully booked.
8. Luna Papers doesn't tolerate rushing orders under standard eta.
9. Manage your expectations; replicards are far from the official photocards but rest assured that they are worth their price.
